30 day Returns

We want your experience shopping with us to be a stress free one! We will happily accept returns for exchange (online credit) within 30 days: please email us to arrange a return. Return Shipping to be paid by the customer. Once return has been received - we will email you an online credit to the value of the item/s.

Exchanges are acceptable if you require a different size. Return Shipping to be paid by the customer for exchanges, and we will email you a credit note to purchase a different size. 

Sorry but we do not refund or exchange due to perceived colour variations due to inconsistencies of computer screens vs. real garment colours. Please ask us any questions if you are not sure about colour. We do describe the colours in the product descriptions and provide multiple photos.

We do not exchange or refund on sale items.

Items only accepted if returned in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, undamaged within 30 days of receiving your item.

All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Prices for ordered goods are fixed once your order has been placed. We recommend you wash your Kapow Kids garments in the washing machine on a cool setting. Washing on hot settings can fade the print over time.

Wash inside out with like colours.

Dry in the shade, never in direct sunlight.

All of our products are designed in Melbourne, Australia and produced slowly and ethically in China.

Our knitwear is produced in Vietnam.
